Return & Exchange Window
You have 12 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-returnable items include:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization.
Shipping Costs

For returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For exchanges: We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you, but you may be responsible for sending the original item back.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
